FleetDash Home Page

The FleetDash home page is your hub for the information that matters most. It contains the following sections:

• Month-to-Date Metrics
  This section summarizes all of the key transactional metrics and how they are trending month month-to-date. Metrics include Total Fuel Expenditure, Total Gallons or Litres, Average Price/Gallon or Average Price/Litre, Average Fuel Purchase, Total Non-Fuel Expenditure, and the Number of Transactions.
  These metrics help you quickly see how your fleet is performing relative to the prior month. If there is no data available in the charts in the Month-to-Date Metrics section, it means that we are waiting for the transactions to be processed. This may happen within the first two days of the month.
  
  
• Trend Reports
  Up to four graphs may be populated that visually depict four key metrics trended over time: Total Fuel Expenditure, Total Gallons or Litres, Unleaded Fuel Price Comparison vs. Market Price, and Diesel Fuel Price Comparison vs. Market Price.
  Similar to the month-to-date metrics, the trend reports allows you to quickly view fuel usage patterns. By understanding these patterns you can adjust take actions to adjust consumption and fueling locations as necessary.
  If your business does not use Diesel fuel, the Diesel Fuel Price Comparison graph will be blank.
  
  
• Alerts Panel
  The alerts panel highlights key areas which may require action due and provides guidance on how the potential issue can be resolved. Examples of alerts include incorrect ID entry at the pump, warnings related to fueling time or fuel grade, high-volume or high-cost fueling, and fueling above market price or outside of the Fuelman network.
  Alerts elevate your level of awareness, and are one of the most useful and powerful FleetDash features to help you manage your fleet.
  A link at the bottom of the panel connects you to the Alerts Page, where you can view all of your alerts and manage your alert settings.
  
  
• Program Savings Panel
  The program savings panel highlights opportunities for you to save on your fueling expenses by comparing your total fuel spend for the prior 30 days to market average pricing in your area. If your total fuel spend was above market pricing, you’ll see the amount you could have saved by modifying your fueling locations. Additionally, you’ll see the total savings you receive from your usage of your program.
  A link to the fuel finder makes it easy to find the best fueling options for your business.
  

  Transaction Report

This report provides a month-to-date view of all transaction data. The filters at the top of the page allow you to view just the data you need. You may filter the data by month, card, vehicle, driver, customer ID and transaction type (fuel and non-fuel). Additionally, the Summarize By feature allows you to choose the grouping for the transactional report that appears below.

This report also contains key metrics in two charts or graphs, that will adjust as filters are applied. Beneath the charts is a detailed view of the transaction data, summarized in accordance with the selection made at the top of the page. Each group of transactions may be expanded using the ‘+’ symbol, so that all of the underlying data can be viewed.

With this detailed reporting you can dig deeper into your fleet’s transactions to gain even more transparency into usage behavior, fueling locations, and the volume and products purchased.

  Alerts Report

This report highlights key areas which may require action due and provides guidance on how the potential issue can be resolved. Examples of alerts include incorrect ID entry at the pump, warnings related to fueling time or fuel grade, high-volume or high-cost fueling, and fueling above market price or outside of the Fuelman network. You may filter the alert data by card, vehicle, driver and customer ID.

The report is broken down into three sections:

• Alerts Requiring Attention shows you the alerts that are active on your account, for which there are related transactions.
• Tracked Alerts shows you the alerts that are active on your account, but no transactions have met the criteria.
• Disable Alerts shows you the list of alerts that are available, but not currently active for your account.

Use the arrow next to the alert to view or hide the underlying transactions that have triggered an alert.

Alerts elevate your level of awareness, and are one of the most useful and powerful FleetDash features to help you manage your fleet.

A link at the top of the page allows you to manage your alert settings, so that you only see the alerts that are important to your business. You may enable or disable any of the alerts, which will prevent future notification of that event.

  Fuel Spend Report

This report provides a month-to-date view of all fuel usage data. You may filter the data by month, card, vehicle, driver and customer ID. Additionally, the Summarize By feature allows you to choose the grouping for the transactional report that appears below.

With this detailed reporting you can dig deeper into your fleet’s fuel usage to gain even more transparency into usage behavior, fueling locations, and the volume and total of your fuel purchases.

  Price Comparison Report

This report provides a month-to-date view of all fuel purchases, and compares your fuel spend and average price per gallon to market average pricing in your area. Transactions and usage above the market price are highlighted in red, while transactions and usage below the market average price appear in green. The filters at the top of the page allow you to view just the data you need. You may filter the data by month, card, vehicle, driver and customer ID. You may also filter the data to view only those transactions that were above the market price per gallon, or view all transactions to compare transactions within your fleet. Additionally, the Summarize By feature allows you to choose the grouping for the transactional report that appears below.

This report also contains key metrics in two charts or graphs, that will adjust as filters are applied. Beneath the charts is a detailed view of the transaction data, summarized in accordance with the selection made at the top of the page.   Mileage Report

This report provides a month-to-date view of all mileage, providing greater insight into the fuel efficiency of drivers and vehicles. This report allows you to easily view miles per gallon or litres per kilometer, and average cost per mile (or kilometer) for vehicles and drivers. The filters at the top of the page allow you to view just the data you need. You may filter the data by month, card, vehicle, driver and customer ID. Additionally, the Summarize By feature allows you to choose the grouping for the transactional report that appears below.

This report also contains key metrics in two charts or graphs, that will adjust as filters are applied. Beneath the charts is a detailed view of the transaction data, summarized in accordance with the selection made at the top of the page. With this detailed reporting you can identify opportunities to improve driver behavior such as hard braking and idling, and highlight vehicles that may require maintenance or replacement.

  Fuel Finder

Our easy to use fuel finder allows you to identify merchants within the network where you can get the most out of your fleet card or best meet your fueling needs. List and map views are available for your convenience.

  Manage Email Settings

The Manage Email Settings link in the top navigation bar allows you to sign up to receive your dashboard via email, making your job even easier. Custom options allow you to decide when and who should receive the dashboard.
